It is an amazing experience to run on ancient Roman streets with the remaining traces of chariots and wagons that used those tracks over 2000 years ago. And of course don´t forget the multiple green areas and parks that Rome offers!

The nicest, biggest and somewhat "wildest" park loved by Roman runners is certainly the Parco dell´Appia Antica, which is a 10-15 minutes run away from the Hotel Emona Aquaeductus. If you are more into walking or just enjoying the nature, Roman ruins "en plain air" and the nice climate, its the right locazion to take a break from the busy city life.
..even horeriding is available and widely used by Romans and non-Romans!
Find some more informations about the beatiful park on the oficial page:

And of course don´t forget the Marathon in Rome, you are still on time to sign up for the 2021 edition!
Enjoy..
